The youngster died of a blood clot which developed after a power lawn mower blade gashed his kneecap. He was taken to Belding hospital for emergency treatment then transferred to the Burton Heights Osteopathic Hospital where he had been in satisfactory condition and improving. But the blood clot developed late Monday morning and killed him. Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Rozell, and his brother, Bruce, he is survived by his grandparent, Mrs. Edith Rozell of Park Falls, Wisconsin, and Mr. and Mrs. P. T. Beeman of Belding.. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 10, in Ellis funeral chapel Belding with burial in Belding cemetery.
