Mrs. Daisy Rumley, aged 47 years, for a number of years a resident of this 
city, who was stricken ill while at the home of her daughter some time ago, in 
Ionia, died there on Tuesday morning.  The remains were brought to the Fitzjohn 
funeral home.  Brief funeral services will be held Thursday morning, with Rev. 
W. A. Biss officiating, and the body will be taken to Stanwood, where burial 
will be in the cemetery there.  Surviving are a son, Joe Rumley of this city, 
and two daughters, living in Ionia.
