Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 11 Jun 1952

Rodell Runyan, 45, lifelong resident of Lake Odessa, died unexpectedly Monday at
7 a.m. while eating breakfast.  He had been in poor health for some time.  He
had been employed at the Lake Odessa Canning company for the last 18 years, and
last year was named engineer.  He was foster son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tamp
Runyan.

Surviving are his wife, Frances; a daughter, Priscilla, 7; a son, Stephen, 5;
and a sister, Mrs. Lee Simons, of Battle Creek.

Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Pickens funeral chapel.  Interment
will be at Lakeside cemetery.
