Ionia County News, 3 Nov 1921

Trumen Runyan, a farmer residing 2 ½ miles northeast of Hubbardston, died
Wednesday morning.  Mr. Runyan has since the death of his sister two months ago,
lived alone.  Neighbors becoming alarmed because of his absence around the farm
investigated Wednesday morning and found him unconscious in bed.  He died a few
hours later.  His death is thought to be due to heart failure.  Funeral services
took place Saturday afternoon.  A niece, Mrs. Kimball of Pewamo, is his only
surviving relative.
