Funeral services will be conducted at her home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Dr. M.W. Duffey. Burial will be in the Highland Park cemetery. She was born in Orleans township 50 years ago but had lived in Ionia for many years. She and her brother-in-law, R. George Humphrey, were on their way to Detroit last Thursday when the accident that resulted fatally to Mrs. Strunk occurred. They were to get Mrs. Humphrey, who was convalescing in Ford hospital from an operation. She still is unaware of the death of her sister. Besides her husband Walter Strunk and sister, Mrs. Humphrey, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. Otto Batson, her mother, Mrs. Fayette Conklin and a brother, James Conklin of Detroit.
