The Ionia Standard, Friday, October 9, 1908

Rensselaer Russ died at the home of his son Harvey in Keene, on Wednesday.  He 
was 80 years old, and an early settler.  Funeral on Friday, 1:30 at the home 
and 2 o’clock at Easton church.  Interment in Easton cemetery.
