Edwin A. Russell, a pioneer of the county died at Portland Tuesday forenoon at
the age of 73 years.  He was born in Courtland Co., N.Y., and came here in an
early day and was a substantial, honest, upright citizen.  He was a brother of
Mrs. L.C. Fales and also Mrs. M.A. Filkins.  Funeral will be held there today
and a number of his relatives from this vicinity will attend.
