The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, March 18, 1937
Mrs. Elo Rykert 408 Coit avenue Grand Rapids, died Thursday morning at 11:30 
o’clock.  She was the mother of Mrs. Renah Kitson, of Ionia.  Mrs. Rykert was 
91 years of age March 2.  She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Kitson, of 
Ionia, and Mrs. John Hodges, with whom she lived in Grand Rapids; one son, Ray 
Rykert of Casanova; two grandchildren, Doris Rykert of Casanova, and Vivian 
Kitson, of Ionia and one brother, of Portland Oregon.

Funeral services will be held from the daughter’s home at 408 Coit avenue 
Saturday afternoon March 20 at 2:30 o’clock.  Burial will be in the cemetery 
on West Leonard Avenue, Grand Rapids.
