Sullivan L. Sage died at his home here Tuesday aged fifty-eight years.  In 1906 
he went to Alberta, and with his son, L.C. Sage took up a homestead on one 
hundred and sixty acres each; his health failed and a few months ago he 
returned and has been confined to the house for some time.  He is survived by 
his wife and four children.

The deceased was a member of Silk City Lodge I.O.O.F. and also of the Smyrna 
Lodge of Maccabees in the latter of which he carried life insurance.

The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Church of Christ.  Rev. I.S. 
Bussing will officiate.  Interment at Smyrna.
