Daily Sentinel-Standard - Monday, Nov. 20, 1961

Funeral service was held Sunday at DeWitt for Oscar W. Sage, 77, who died 
Friday at Ovid.

He was born November 14, 1884 in Ionia county.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Charles Reece of Belding; two sons, Forest L. 
Sage of Belding, and Norman O. Sage of Bath; a sister, Mrs. Julia Eaton of 
Grand Ledge; two brothers, George Sage of Ionia county, and Philo of Rogers 
Heights; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Burial was at Bath cemetery.
