Salzman, 77, of 121 West Division Street. Mrs. Salzman died Sunday morning at United Memorial Hospital in Greenville. Born in Croydon, England, August 3, 1890, Mrs. Salzman had been a resident of Belding since 1919. She was married August 26, 1919, to Herman Salzman in New York City. He preceded her in death in 1961. Mrs. Salzman had been a stenographer and was a member of the Greenville St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Washington Club, Goodfellowship Club, Doric Chapter No. 75, O.E.S., and the Thimble Club. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Marjorie) Blinn of Greenville; and two grandsons, James and Peter Blinn. Father Charles Lynch officiated at the funeral services, which were from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Greenville. Interment was in River Ridge Cemetery in Belding. Pallbearers are Ivan Bowers, Robert Rivett, Robert Wilkie, Keith Hallet, David Cameron and Spencer Cornell. The family has indicated that memorial tributes may be made to the memorial fund of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Greenville. Arrangements were by Huffman Funeral Home in Belding.
