Ashton Walter Lee Sanborn, 9 months, died Thursday, February 6, 2003 at 
Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.  He was born April 15, 2002 in St. Johns the son 
of Eugene and Karol (Suchek) Sanborn.

Ashton is survived by his parents, Eugene and Karol Sanborn of Hubbardston; 
brother, Avery Sanborn; grandparents, Harry and Jeanette Sanborn of 
Hubbardston and Walter Suchek of St. Johns; aunts and uncles, Paul (Karen) 
Suchek of Dewitt, Linda (Ernie) Walters of Hudsonville, Steve (Kim) Suchek of 
Lansing, Bob (Nicki) Suchek of Hubbardston, Gary (Dawn) Sanborn of 
Hubbardston, Cindy (Phil—Godfather) Glowacki of St. Johns, Tammy (Joe) 
Schueller of Chesaning, Steven Sanborn of Hubbardston, and Diane Sanborn—
Godmother of St. Johns; many cousins; and special great aunts and uncles, Joan 
Bozung of St. Johns, Veronica and Bille Rozen of St. Johns, and Nancy (Sam) 
Alguire of Lansing.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret 
Suchek.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 am. at St. John the Baptist 
Catholic Church in Hubbardston with Fr. William Reitz and Fr. Jim Bozung 
officiating.  Interment will be in Mt. Rest Cemetery, St. Johns.

Visitation will be held at the Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home in Carson City on 
Saturday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 
p.m. to 9 p.m.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the 
Make-A-Wish Foundation or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
