Greenville Daily News - Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1971

Arthur Sanders, 74, 526 Market St., veteran of World War I, died this morning 
at Veterans Administration Hospital, Ann Arbor.

Mr. Sanders was born at Carson City March 10, 1896, the son of Oscar and Rosie 
Sanders. On Jan. 15, 1944, he was married to Minnie Swartzloff, who survives.

Surviving also are two daughters, Ms. Harold (Mary) Adams, and Virginia Sanders 
and five sons, Vernon, Arthur Jr., LeRoy, Harold and Paul, all of Grand Rapids. 

Other survivors include a stepson, John Sales, Greenville; a brother, Oscar 
Taylor, Greenville, and several grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Marshall Funeral Home. The Rev. Ernest 
Fredericks will officiate. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery, near Fenwick. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 
p.m.
