NEOLA LaDONNA SANDERS

Died March 31, 2026 - age 84 of Ionia, daughter of Elmer Zeigler.
Married Richard Earl Sanders on November 7, 1959, he passed away July 23, 2000, 
after 40 years of marriage.
Neola was a home Health Aide with Commission on Aging.
She loved feeding the animals, making quilts, Art projects, watching Tigers 
games & Reality TV.
Survived by her daughters, Terri (Russel) Pratt of Ionia, Robin Sanders of 
Charter & Barbara (Mike) Nurenberg of Portland.
Grandchildren, Amanda (John) Yeomans, Joshua Holiday, (Brianna Lienhart), Justin 
Nurenberg (Sierra Raynne), Brock Nurenberg & Derek Nurenberg,
Great-grandchildren, Serenity, Allissia, Eastyn, Rylin & Denali.
Special friend Melinda Kinsman, Special Nephew Lil Jack Kinsman, many nieces & 
nephews & her special fur baby Maxwell (Max).
Preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard, sons Rick & Danny, grandson 
Alex and siblings, Baylis, Earnest "Lefty", Neil, Raymond, Roy, Winfred"Winnie", 
Wilma, Shirley, Vernabella, Melva, Muriel & Boneita. 
Funeral service will be at Lake Funeral Home, Ionia on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 
Noon with Pastor Veronica DePotty officiating.
Interment to follow at Easton Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Monday, from 10am until time of service.
