Ionia Sentinel Standard-Tuesday August 5, 1969

                                JACK W.SANDERSON

A former employe of Ionia Manufacturing Company, Jack W.Sanderson, 59, of 717 
West King, Owosso died Monday at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit where he had 
been a patient for observation two weeks.

He was born in Mt.Clemens, July 20, 1910, the son of Robert and Elizabeth 
Sanderson and attended Mt.Clemens schools.

He had served at  Keesler Field, Miss., during World War II in army finance.He 
was married to Nellda Y.Dutton in Napoleon, Ohio, June 28, 1941. A member of the 
American Legion he also belonged to the Elks Club.

At the time of his death he was assistant comptroller at Mitchell Bentley 
company at Owosso having come to Owosso from Ionia five years ago.

He was employed at the Ionia Manufacturing company as assistant comptroller 
eight years before going to Owosso.

Surviving is hsi wife Nellda.

Funeral services will be on Thursday at 1 pm at Jennings-Lyons Chapel at 520 
West Main, Owosso. Rev. H.B.Oliver will officiate and interment will be at 
Cadillac Memorial Gardens.East, In Utica.
