Sargent Oct. 4, 1883, was brought from Two Harbors, Minn. with infant son to Saranac April 19, 1905 and April 20, was buried from the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Hunter having died April 14. Her funeral sermon was at Two Harbors by Rev. Gratz pastor of the M. E. church. The burial services were conducted by Rev. Tedford under the auspices of the L.O.T.M.M. The profuse floral offerings bespoke the affection in which she held. Mrs. Sargent was a woman of pleasing manners and affectionate nature and easily won many friends. The early years of her married life were spent in Saranac and Lake Odessa and from there she moved with her family to Northern Minn. where she lived until her death. She leaves a husband and daughter, a brother, three sisters and a host of friends who mourn her loss.
