F. Sargent, where the funeral services were held. Interment was made in Saranac cemetery beside the father and mother. Mr. Sargent twelve years ago possessed a brilliant mind, an accumulative ability, a gentle disposition and a Christian character, which the twelve years of absence in the state hospital have not been able to erase from the minds and memories of his many old friends in Saranac, a goodly number of whom followed his remains to their last resting place. He never married. Mr. F. Sargent of this place and Freeman Sargent who lives in the west are his only immediate surviving relatives.
