Kathleen Satterlee, 29, of 523 W. Ellis, Belding died Monday.  She was born 
October 1, 1961, in Belding to Ronald and Catherine Byrnes Durnell.  She was 
employed as a clerk at Mobil gas station and party store in Greenville.

She is survived by her son Chad Sloan, her mother Catherine Eady, her father 
Ronald Durnell; her grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Bracker, Mari Durnell, 
and Everett Eady, all of Belding; her sister Amy Groopers, her brother, Michael 
Durnell, both of Grand Rapids; five step-brothers and one step-sister.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Johnson Funeral Home in Belding, 
with the Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.  Cremation has taken place at 
Rosedale Memorial Park of Grand Rapids.  Memorials have been established for 
the Chad Sloan College Fund and the Belding Library, in care of the funeral 
home.
