JOAN FRANCES SAVOIE of Pewamo
Died Sunday July 7, 2019-age 92.
Born Le Claire, Iowa on Nov. 8, 1926 to John Corwin and Ann (Hadley) Johnson.
Graduated from Nazareth Academy School, Kalamazoo, Class of 1946.
Married William E. Savoie in Three Rivers on Nov. 13, 1948.
Preceded in death by her Mother, Ann Johnson, Husband William Feb. 2002,Son 
William, grandson Dominic Harr and grand-son-in-law, Mark Blevins.
Survived by 2 son, 3 daughters.21 grandchildren, & 12 great-grandchildren.
Joan loved to travel & visited Ireland 5 times.
Member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, & Altar Society & former Choir member.
Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Thursday July 11, 
2019 at 11 a.m., Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Pewamo.
Visitation Tuesday July 9, from 6-8 p.m. at Smith Family Funeral Homes-Goerge 
Chapel, Fowler. Rosary will be prayed at & p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Educational Trust Fund, 126 East St. 
Pewamo, 48873, or Sparrow Hospice, E. Michigan Ave, Lansing.MI 48909.
