Ionia Daily Standard, 3 May 1898

Mrs. Willington Saxton, of Danby, died from the effects of an operation for 
removal of fibroid tumor, performed at Harper hospital, Detroit, yesterday.  
Death resulted from effects of chloroform.  Deceased was a daughter of Thos. 
Pryor, of Portland, and was 38 years of age.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was 
buried in Portland Cemetery.]
