Britta (Sharry) Warner Sayer, 80, of Lyons, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 
2003, in Grand Rapids.  She was born Jan. 26, 1922, in Sweden the daughter of 
John Edward and Signe Maltilda (Olsen) Alwen.  She married Stanley Sayer on 
July 6, 1990.

She is survived by her husband Stanley Sayer of Lyons; step-daughter Naomi 
Shelton of East Lansing; and step granddaughters Lea and Jessica.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sayer will be held Wed., Jan. 22, 2003, at 1 p.m. at 
the Lake Funeral Home in Ionia with Pastor Donald Woolum  Visitation is prior 
to the service Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m.  Interment Sebewa Cemetery.
