The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, January 21, 1929

Mrs. Susanne Elizabeth Scheer, 32, died at her home, 646 North Jefferson 
street, at 5:30 Sunday morning.  The funeral service will be held from the 
residence at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon and from the St. John’s Episcopal 
church at 2:30. The interment will be made in the mausoleum at Highland Park 
cemetery.  The body may be moved to New Brunswick, N. J., later in the 
spring.  Mrs. Scheer leaves her husband, Peter Scheer, and a 13-year old 
daughter, Susanne and a ….(illigible)…sister in New Brunswick.
