Simpson Funeral Home - Sun. October 9, 2022

                               ALLEN  SCHEI, SR.

Died Saturday October 8, 2022-age 82 of Carson City at Lansing Hospital.
Born on march 14, 1940 in Muskegon to Charles & Eva Schei.
Enlisted in the US Army to become a mechanic & served overseas in Korea.
Met his wife Myrt, in Muskegon where she was going to college & they married on 
April 8, 1963.
Al owned & operated a gas station in Worcester, Massachusetts.Was a machinist at 
Baker-Perkins in Saginaw & retired as a Corrections officer for the State of 
Michigan.
Al enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping & playing card games, but his favorite was 
worshiping his Savior and being with his wife.
Surviving are his wife of 59 1/2 years, Mryt; their children, Allen Jr & Vicky 
Schei, Robin & Ricky Miller, Tina & Robert wood and Joe & Heather Schei; 17 
grandchildren & 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Arlene & Bill Howe; many nieces 
& nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; son Danny Schei great-grandson, Malachi Schei 
& a half-brother, Fred Schei.
Visitation is being held Wednesday October 12 at the Simpson Family Funeral Home 
in Sheridan, Main St. from 10-1 AM.
Funeral Service will also be at the funeral Home on Wednesday starting at 11 AM
Final Interment will be at Bloomer Cemetery.
