Mr. Scheidt had been failing in health for some months past and last July was forced to give up his position as a millwright at Raber and return home for a needed rest. Mr. Scheidt got up this morning as usual and went out in the tool shed to attend to some work there and was noticed in the building by his brother, George Scheidt. Not coming in for breakfast, his father, John Scheidt, went out to look for him and he was found dead, heart failure undoubtedly having been the cause of his untimely passing. Funeral arrangements have not as yet been completed, but owing to the fact that relatives from the west are being notified, it is not thought that the funeral will be held before Saturday, or Monday. Mr. Scheidt was a brother of Mrs. Claude Wright of this city.
