She was born in Germany but came with her parents to the vicinity in which she died when a child of three and had lived there since. She was a member of the Miriam Catholic church. Besides the Ionia sons, daughters, Mrs. Claude Wright of Belding, Mrs. Mathias Laux and Mrs. Albert Laux, of Keene; sons Joseph of Montana, George at home, Andrew at Otisco, and Theodore of Keene; a sister, Mrs. Peter Kohn of Belding, a brother, Joseph Warner, of Greenville, survive.
