Ionia Weekly Stentinel - Thurs. Jan. 23, 1919

FOR MISS MINA SCHEURER

The funeral service for Miss Mina Paulina Scheurer was held Saturday on East 
Lincoln avenue. Rev. J.S. Deabler officiated and the bearers were three 
nephews, Louis Scheurer, Bert Scheurer, George Phillips, and a cousin, Henry 
Moench. The floral pieces were beautiful, and the bank of ferns behind the 
casket was exceptional, these evidences being a loving esteem of a well known 
Ionia resident of this worthy pioneer family. The relatives from out of town 
were Henry Moench of Carson City, Mrs. Duane Mosher of Lansing, George 
Phillips, and Mrs. Emma Phillips of Lansing, and Mrs. Ralph Jenson of Kendall, 
Montana, D.F. Brown of Chicago and Mr. and Mrs. Louis E. Scheurer of Detroit.
