Carson City Gazette - Thursday, June 2, 1927

HUBBARDSTON- The funeral of Mrs. Terrance Schields took place from St. Johns 
church Saturday morning with a solemn high mass. Rev. Fr. Flannigan officiated. 
In his sermon Fr. Flannigan paid a splendid tribute to the sterling qualities 
of the deceased. At the time of her death Mrs. Schileds was 76 years old. Her 
last illness was of short duration. She leaves one daughter, Catherine of 
Detroit, and 5 sons, Thomas of Lansing, Joseph of New York City, Leo, Dan and 
Terrance of Hubbardston, besides several grandchildren.
