Martha Katherine Marion Schoenfeld, 91, Ionia, passed away Sunday, Dec. 10,
2000, at Heartland Health Care Center.  She was born July 9, 1909, in Carson
City, the daughter of Frank and Katherine Foley Marion.  She was a member of SS
Peter and Paul Catholic Church.  She was co-owner of the Hudson Dealership and
Philips 66 station, Greenville.  She was a mail carrier for Montcalm and Gratiot
counties, a manager at the Sears Dept. Store, Three Rivers.

She is survived by her nephews, Michael and Janet and William Bellant of St.
Johns, Barbara and Manard White of Ionia; a cousin, Fredia Kane of Ionia;
several great-nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by three husbands,
Albert Anderson, Raymon Harlaan and Ed Schoenfeld.

Funeral Mass was held Dec. 14 at SS Peter & Paul Church with Father Melvin Fox
as celebrant.  Mary Cusack was organist.  Honorary pallbearers were Mike Marion
Jr., Jeff Marion, Mike Geyer, Randy Bellant, Rick Bellant and Paul Bellant. 
Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to SS. Peter & Paul Church
Educational Fund.  Arrangements were handled by the Lake Funeral Home, Ionia.
