Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Wed. Nov. 8, 1978

WYOMING- Raymond LaVern Schooley, 48, of 3229 Taft SW, Wyoming, died Tuesday at 
Butterworth hospital, Grand Rapids.

Schooley was a member of Newhall Baptist Church and the Grand Valley Cap and 
Baller Club. He was foreman at the C&O Railroad.

Survivors include his wife, Marie; one son, John Clark; one daughter, Rachel 
Marie. Both are living at home, 4325 Prairie SW, Grandville. Pastor Richard 
Helderop will officiate. Burial will be in the Easton Cemetery, Ionia.

Family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home Wednesday from 
7-9 pm and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
