                               IRENE SCHRAUBEN

Mrs.Irene Schrauben, 51, of 714 Lyons, Portland,, died Thursday at Ingham 
Medical Hospital in Lansing.

She was born May 3, 1921, in Westphalia and was a member of St.Patrick Catholic 
Church of Portland.

Surviving are the husband,, Clarence Schrauben; two sons, Wayne and Leon of 
Portland; four daughters,Mr.Marlene Leske, Mrs.Diane Zimmerman and Mrs.Germaine 
Hinds of Portland, Joann Schrauben at home; eight grandchildren; brother, Leon 
Weiland of Westphalia; two sisters,Mrs.Rita Miller and Mrs.Jeanette Keilen of 
Westphalia.

Funeral services will be Monday at 10 am at St.Patrick Catholic Church in 
Portland.

Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 m at Neller Funeral Home in Portland. 
Interment will be at Portland Cemetery.

Bearers will be Daniel and Thomas Keilen, Marvin Smith, Herman Schrauben, Jr., 
Hubert and Keith Schrauben.
