Lake Odessa Wave-Times-Aug. 26,1943

Clayton Schray died Thursday
Clayton G. Schray, 55, native of Woodland and a resident of Elmhurst, Ill., died
Thursday at the Veterans' hospital at Hines, Ill. He had been ill eight month, Military 
funeral service were held from the Methodist church here under auspices of the American 
legion, Saturday afternoon. The Rev. George Wingard preached the sermon. Interment was 
made in lakeside cemetery in Odessa.

A Veteran of World War I, he is survived by his mother Mrs. Philip Schray, twin
daughters Vivian and Shirley, and a sister Miss Ivah Schray all of Elmhurst.
