Adam F. (Pete) Schrenier, 54, died at 11:30 p.m. Friday in Detroit where he had
made his home the past 35 years.  He was born in Ionia, April 8, 1906, the son
of Charles and Louisa Schrenier.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, Joseph of Detroit, and Charles of
Mt. Clemens; a brother, Elmer of Washington; three sisters, Mrs. Eva Jackson of
Lansing, Mrs. Della Hamblin of Santa Maria, Calif.; and Mrs. Dorothy Brumit of
Grand Ledge.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.  Interment will be at Balcom
cemetery.

Funeral service for Adam F. Schrenier, 54, who died Friday in Detroit, was
conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Boynton funeral home, the Rev. Floyd
Emschwiller, pastor of the First Christian church, officiated and interment was
at Balcom cemetery.  Bearers were Judd Horrocks, Roy Horrocks, Clyde Kanouse and
John Hall.

Out-of-town persons attending were Mrs. Adam Schrenier and Charles Schrenier of
Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Schrenier of Mt. Clemens, Mr. and Mrs. John Brumit of
Grant Ledge, Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Powell and Mr. and Mrs. L.J. Rybicki of Lansing;
Mr. and Mrs. John Hall of Cedar Springs, Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Rios of Howard City,
Mrs. Dixie Kemp and Mrs. Leona Bradley of Vestaburg, and Mrs. Bertha Thome of
Eagle.
