The Ionia Weekly Sentinel, Thursday, April 5, 1906
Mrs. Dorothea Schultz died Sunday, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jacob 
Schaffer, 359 State Street, at the age of eight-four years.  The remains were 
taken to Detroit this morning for burial.  The funeral here was conducted by 
Rev. W. R. Currier, and the pall bearers were William Wing, John Tompkins, 
Milo Van Slyke and Charles Graff.
