His brother Albert Schurr, West Lincoln avenue, will bring the body to Ionia Saturday morning. He was born in Lowell and attended school here. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Shoemaker, of Ionia, and was a plumber here for many years. For 20 years he has been an engineer on the Northwestern railroad. Surviving are two brothers, Albert Schurr, of Ionia, and Carl Schurr, of Sunnyside, Washington. Funeral arrangements have not been made.
