The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, February 9, 1934
Walter Scott, 65, years of age, died at the home of his brother, Milo Scott, 
in Lansing, Wednesday.  Mr. Scott was born and raised in Ionia.  In 1907 he 
moved to California where he stayed 20 years, and then returned to Ionia.  He 
recently moved to Lansing.

Funeral services will be held from the home of his sister, Mrs. Ferry Conner, 
435 State street, Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Interment at Oak Hill 
cemetery.
