                   MILDRED BERNIECE SEABROOK

IONIA-Mildred Berniece Seabrook, of Ionia, died Saturday morning at 
Christensen's Nursing Home in Greenville. She was born August 20,1901 in 
Huntington, Indiana, the daughter of Martin and Hattie Hanline.

She was a resident of Ionia for the past 15 year, formerly of the Fenwick 
area.She attended Shiloh community Church, and was a member of the VFW Post 5065 
Ladies Auxiliary of Sheridan.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leon Fancett, in 1959, and her 
second husband, Carl Seabrook, in 1974. One son, Loyal Fancett, died in 1974.

She is survived by one son, Duane (Jim) and June Fancett, of Sheridan; one step-
daughter, Mrs Phillip (Doris) Kinton, of Ayr, Iowa; a daughter-in-law, Mrs.Edna 
Fancett, of Ionia; six grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren; and 10 great-
grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday at Stebbins and Simpson Funeral Home in 
Sheridan, with the Rev. Floyd Trumble officiating. Burial was in Sunny Hill 
Cemetery.

The family suggest memorials can be sent to VFW Post 5065 Ladies Auxiliary.
