Sheryl A. Seaman, age 58, of Saranac passed away Oct. 27, 2013, in Saranac.  
She was born June 25, 1955 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Robert and Elsie 
(Reed) Sherman.  Sheryl married Norman Seaman Jan. 31, 2004, in Saranac.

Sheryl is survived by her husband, Norman Seaman of Saranac; children, Douglas 
McNutt of Belding, Gregory (Brenda) Emelander of Lowell and Christine (Dustin) 
Sabin of Wyoming, Mich.; step children, Dean (Melissa) Seaman of Clio and 
Michael Seaman of Pewamo; brother, Rob Sherman; sister, Teri Plaat of Lowell; 
grandchildren, Kyla and Chloe; step grandson, Cameron; nephews, Brad, Von and 
Mike and nieces, Karen, Tina, Tammy and Angie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Brenda and Tina.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, at Lake Funeral 
Home in Ionia with Pastor Robert Stuart officiating.  Interment Sunset Memorial 
Gardens.  Visitation will be held 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lake Funeral Home in 
Ionia.  Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions in Sheryl's name to her 
family.
