GLENDORA SEARS

LAKE ODESSA-Glendora Sears, 89, of 1059 Emerson, Lake Odessa, died Saturday 
in provincial House, Hastings.

Born in Ionia County April 13,1896. She was the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth 
Lepard Wortley. She attended Lake Odessa Schools.

She was married to Cleo Sears Oct.21, 1920, in Lake Odessa; he preceded her in 
death Dec.18,1974

She attended Lakewood United Methodist Church and was a member of the Merry 
Social Club and the Neighborhood Club.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs.Arnold (Audra) Cunningham of Lake Odessa; six 
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs.Larry (Lela) Lundberg 
of Flint, and a  daughter-in-law, Mrs. Urah Wortley of Lake Odessa.

A grandson preceded her in death in 1982. Three brothers, Walter, Howard and 
Will, and four sisters, Mary,Etta, Gladys and Ruth also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Koops Funeral Chapel, 
Lake Odessa, with the Rev. Ward Pierce officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside 
Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral chapel Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
