Sentinel-Std. - Saturday, Jan. 3, 1968

George Sebring, 57, of route four Ionia, died Thursday at Ferguson-Droste 
hospital in Grand Rapids. He lived most of his life in the Sheridan and Stanton 
area.

Surviving are one son, Duane of Riverdale; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia King of 
Kokomo, Ind.; four grandchildren; mother Mrs. Rhoda Phillips of Ionia; four 
brothers, Dale Phillips of Ionia,  Raymond Adams of Stanton, Allen Sebring of 
Fenwick, Donald Sebring of Hastings; three sisters, Mrs. Nina Tyler of Ionia, 
Mrs. Dorothy Emelander of Saranac; Mrs. June Thompson of Greenville. 

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 pm at Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan 
with the burial in Evergreen cemetery, near Sheridan.
