She had been in failing health for ten or twelve years. The body was brought here for burial in Lakeside cemetery, the funeral being held from Calvary UB church on Tuesday afternoon, the Rev. Ronald A. Hoffman officiating. Music was furnished by the Misses Helen and Virginia Goodsell. Deceased is survived by two sons, Harold in Lansing and Maynard in this community, and several near relatives. Her husband, Forrest Sedore, died in 1928. Florence Koutz Sedore, daughter of Ezra and Pheoba Koutz, was born November 5, 1896 in Odessa township. She passed away in Traverse City hospital December 5, 1936 at the age of 40 years and one month. She was converted in early childhood. On September 12, 1916 she was married to Forrest Sedore who passed away March 8, 1928. to this union were born three sons, Harold of Lansing, Bernard, who passed away February 14, 1921 at the age of about two years, and Maynard of Lake Odessa, who is yet in school. In July 1925 she was taken to Traverse City hospital for treatment where she remained until her death which was caused by hemorrhages of the lungs.
