R.C. Seeley, 87, of Belding, passed away at his residence Wednesday, Nov 3,
1999.  He was born Sept. 10, 1912, in Otisco Township to Lewis and Blanche
Joslyn Seeley.  He graduated from Belding High School with the class of 1931. 
He was a lifelong area farmer and was a member of the A.S.C.S. serving in
various positions.  He was a member of the Otisco Township Board of Review for
30 years. 

He was married Feb. 20, 1932, in LaGrange, IN to Irene Barlow and she survives.
 He is also survived by many close friends and neighbors.  He was preceded in
death by his parents.

Funeral services will be Friday, at 2 p.m. at Shiloh Community Church with
Pastors Kenneth Martin and Kenneth Harger officiating.  Interment will be in
Smyrna Cemetery.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the
church.  Memorials may be made to the Belding Historical Society or the Alvah N.
Belding Library.  The family is being served by the Johnson Funeral Home.
