Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 2 Mar 1942

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 o’clock in Belding for Miss Nellie
E. Seeley, 80, who died at her farm home in Otisco township Sunday as the result
of a broken hip sustained in a fall in her home two weeks ago.  Miss Seeley was
born June 25, 1861, in Kent county and came with her parents to Otisco 76 years
ago.  She had resided on the same farm since.  Surviving are two brothers,
Samuel Seeley of Lakeview and Charles of Kalamazoo.

[Transcriber’s note:  There are notations on the obituary card that she was the
daughter of Rinaldo and Catherine (Waggoner) Seeley, and that she was buried in
Smyrna Cemetery.]
