Wyeth Executive Dies in Penn.

Howard F. Seibert, 61, of Malvern, Pa., senior vice president of Wyeth 
Laboratories and an authority on infant nutritional formulas, died Thursday  
night, Dec. 13, at Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia. Mrs. Seibert had been in 
ill health for the past year and was admitted to the hospital Oct. 15. 

Mrs. Seibert spent his entire career in the development of infant nutritional 
formulations and he was regarded as an expert in their development as a standard 
adjunct and wide use in infant care. 

At his death, Mr. Seibert was in charge of production of Wyeth's SMA infant 
formulas at Mason, Mich., and Meridian, Ida. and other manufacturing operations 
at Lake Odessa and Appleton, Wis. Before he was taken ill, he also headed 
manufacturing operations at Wyeth's West Chester, Pa., facility.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Leora Evans Seibert; two children, Richard E. 
Seibert of Omer, Mich., and Mrs. Harry (Claudia) Noye of Wayne, Pa.; three 
grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Betty Alderman of Columbus, Ohio; and mother-in-
law, Mrs. Edna Lang of Cleveland.

Funeral services were held on Dec. 15, at Paoli, Pa. Burial was in Mason, Mich.
