Robert (Rob) J. Seidelman, 52, of Ionia passed away unexpectedly Oct. 24, 2012 
in Ionia. He was born June 30, 1960 in Ionia, the son of David and Janet 
(Waters) Seidelman.

Rob married Kari Williams Oct. 27, 1978 in Ionia. He worked in construction all 
his life and was a member of the Ionia Moose Lodge. Rob loved to hunt, fish and 
camp. He adored his family and friends.

Rob is survived by his loving wife of nearly 34 years Kari Seidelman of Ionia; 
children, Matt (Alesha) Seidelman of Ionia and Amanda (Mike) Platte of Muir; 
grandchildren, Brady, Gunner, Trenton, Parker and JoAnna; parents, David and 
Janet Seidelman of Ionia; father-in-law Nolan (Sandy) Williams of Grand Rapids; 
brothers, Mike (Sandy) Seidelman of Kingsleyy, Paul (Jacque) Seidelman of 
McBide and Phil (Mary) Seidelman of Ionia; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law JoAnne Williams.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29 at Easton Church 
with Rev. Jane Duffey and Rev. Nolan Williams officiating. Visitation will be 
held Sunday 2 to 4 and 6 o 8 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home of Ionia.
