Ionia Sentinel Standard, 10 Apr 1953

Clarence A. Seifert, 69, of Saranac died Friday morning, April 10, at the Ionia
Rest Home where he was admitted Thursday.  He was born Dec. 31, 1883, in Ohio. 
He lived for some time in Saranac.

Surviving are the wife, Ethyl of Saranac; three daughters, Mrs. Madeline VanHose
of Gowen, Mrs. Evelyn Day of Saranac and Mrs. June Snider of Greenville; seven
children; and two brothers, Earl Seifert of Grand Rapids and Roy Seifert of
Casper, Wyo.

Funeral services will be held at the Morris funeral home Sunday at 2:30 p.m. 
The Rev. Glen McCarty will officiate.  Burial will be in Saranac cemetery.
