Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Tues. Jan. 19, 2010

June Elaine Seiler, age 88, of Portland passed away Jan. 17, 2010 at her home.

She was born June 18, 1921 in Ionia the daughter of Lawrence and Gertrude 
(Colley) Friend. She graduated from Ionia High School in 1939. June married Don 
Seiler in 1941, he preceded her in death in 1985. She enjoyed going to 
Commission on Aging.

June is survived by her children, Dennis (Lynnette) Seiler of Portland, 
Patricia (Cork) Helman of Orleans, Michael (Lana) Seiler of Muir and Judy (Tom) 
Knight of Louisiana; sister, Marilyn Powell of Lowell and many grandchildren 
and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 1 great-grandson, Taggart 
Sines.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Anyone wishing may 
make memorial contributions to Ionia Commission on Aging. Online condolences
