The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, May 13, 1946

Funeral services for Raymond Gene Selleck, eight-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. 
J. Selleck of Grand Rapids were held Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Myers funeral 
home with the Rev. Wayne Davis officiating.  Interment was at Balcom cemetery.

Bearers were his four uncles, Kenneth Selleck, Clayton Selleck, Harley Hinman, 
and Ceville Hinman.

Attending from away were Mr. and Mrs. John Mack, Mr. and Mrs. C. Minier, Mrs. 
June Hartman, Kenneth Selleck, Mrs. Vera Hayes, Mrs. Frank Davis, Mrs. Ken 
Davis, Mrs. E. Darrow, Richard Carroll, and Mrs. W. S. Coleman of Grand 
Rapids; Mrs. A. Selleck and children of Flint; Mr. and Mrs. Orville Hinman of 
Alma; Mr. and Mrs. Ceville Mason, Mr. and Mrs. Harley Hinman, Mr. and Mrs. 
Byran Hinman and sons, and Mr. and Mrs. E. King of Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. Luke 
Craig and children of Dearborn; John Hinman and Mrs. Alice Bradford of 
Wheeler; Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Selleck, Mrs. Durwood Hitchcock and son of 
Lansing; Mr. and Mrs. William Soule, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stearns and Mr. and 
Mrs. Stanley Soules of Sheridan; Mr. and Mrs. Clive Selleck, Mrs. Addie Higbee 
and Mrs. Hazel Bollinger of Orleans.
