SENA
Reuben "Junior" Anthony Sena age 76 of Lyons, MI passed away at his home 
Monday, January 20, 2020. He was born November 19, 1943 in Ionia, MI. He was 
the son of Michael "Rubin" Anthony Sena and Vincettia "Vince" Aguilar Sena.

He worked at the Brown Corp. in Ionia, MI for many years a a welder, then 
became their truck driver, which started his journey as an over the road 
truck driver from the east coast to the west coast and every place in between 
for 30 + years. One of his favorite things was watching TV, this included 
NASCAR, he loved buffets, working on cars, mowing the lawn and driving the RV 
while listening to music or a Louis L'amour audio tape. He never met a person 
he didn't like; he always had a smile for you or a story. He was a life long 
member of the Moose Lodge in Ionia, MI.

He is survived by his life partner of 30 years. Beth Zimmerman of Lyons, MI. 
Children are Vickie Sena of Grand Rapids, MI, Rachel (Doug) Thompson of 
Ionia, MI, Antoinette Sena of Denver, CO. Wendy Zimmerman of Grand Rapids, MI 
and Duane Zimmerman of Lyons, MI. Grandchildren are Jamie Grummet, Brandon 
Grummet, Dustin Ayres, Jasmine Thompson Olivia Thompson Renee Sena, Brittany 
Michael, Breanna Dryden, Rochele Gutierrez, Katie Cusack, C J Brandt, Hailey 
Zimmerman, Peyton Zimmerman and 21 great-grandchildren, Siblings Joseph Sena 
of Ionia, MI, Richard (Judy) Sena of Grand Ledge, MI, Thomas (Lollie) Sena of 
Greenly, CO, Vangi Rodriguez of Greely, CO, Daniel (Ruth) Sena of Benzonia, 
MI, Dorothy Geering of Buelah, MI, Tina (Randy) Thayer of Ionia, MI, Toni 
Sena of Ionia, MI. Sisters, Valeri, Francine, Anita and Patricia all of CO.
Many nieces and nephews and friends. Former Spouse Mary Sena of Ionia, MI. 

He was preceded in death by his parent, 2 brothers, Robert and Domingo and 
grandson Devin Ayres.

Cremation has taken pace and there will be a celebration of life at the Moose 
Lodge in Ionia, MI at a later date. It will be posted on 
www.lakefuneralhomes.com. Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral Home of Ionia.
