Services Held for Frank Senters

Frank Senters, 85, passed away Saturday evening at his home after a long
illness.  He was born Nov. 13, 1885, in Johnsonville, Ill., son of Charles and
Lenna (Ellis) Senters, and had been a resident here since 1934.  He was a member
of the Sebewa Church of God, and retired about five years ago from the real
estate business.

Surviving are his wife, the former Minerva Bower, whom he married June 26, 1944;
two daughters, Mrs. Erwin (Mary) George of Lake Odessa and Mrs. Edward (Jeanne)
Forintos of Romulus; three sons, Walter of Denver, Colo.; Allen of Lake Odessa
and Carl of San Diego, Calif.; five stepsons; 13 grandchildren, nine
great-grandchildren; four brothers, Norman of San Diego, Calif.; Fred and John
of Newman, Ill., and Bert of Texas; also two sisters, Mrs. Wallace (Bessie)
Carfin of Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Essie Whitsen of Denver, Colo.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 Tuesday at the Pickens Funeral Chapel.  Rev.
James Dalton officiated, with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
