He had suffered several slight heart attacks during the past year. Mr. Sessions has spent his entire lifetime as an Ionia resident with the exception of five years when he lived at Lapeer where he managed a large dairy farm. He moved onto a farm a short distance east of the M-14 and US-16 Highway intersection last January and has since lived there. He was born in Orange township March 2, 1878 and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Sessions. He was married to Miss Amelia May Burtraw June 17, 1903. Surviving besides the widow are seven children, Howard of Flint, Mrs. Ralph Clark of Clio, Foster of Coopersville, Mrs. Howard Hilel of Berlin township and Vera, Irlene and Homer at home. Funeral services will be held at the home Monday afternoon August 3 at 2:30 o’clock. Interment will be at the Letts cemetery.
